How fast will I receive my order?
You should typically receive your order within 5-10 business days for UK, 10-30 business days for the rest of the world. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail ‘Tracked & Signed’ service. Please email orders(at)yoroshiku4649.com with your order number should you have any deadline requirement or queries regarding your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has already been placed?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase – if you have a change, please contact orders(at)yoroshiku4649.com, and we’ll see if we can help. If your order has already shipped, we’ll send you instructions on how to return it.

What is 4649 return policy?
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your 4649 purchase, so you may return or exchange unworn and unwashed (no exceptions) items within 28 days of the date of purchase. If you need to return an order, simply email returns(at)yoroshiku4649.com and request an item return form. Please include your order number found on your packing slip or in the order confirmation email received when the order was placed. Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value. Return shipping charges & transaction admin fee are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective item or shipping error by us.

All face masks are final sale – please note that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on face masks/covering.

UK 5-10 business days (please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us)
Europe (EU) 5-10 business days (please allow up to 10 business days before contacting us)
International (incl non EU) 10-30 business days (please allow up to 30 business days before contacting us)
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail ‘Tracked & Signed’ service.
International customers are responsible for import fees due upon delivery.⁣

MISSED PARCELS
Any items not delivered due to recipient not being home will be returned to the depot after the second attempt, items not collected from the depot will be returned to us and we will issue a full refund MINUS the postal charges. We advice customers to select an address that they can guarantee someone being there to receive the item (home or place of work).

Returns
You can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour. If you need to return an order, simply email returns(at)yoroshiku4649.com and request an item return form.
Please note that in the interests of hygiene, certain items cannot be returned (no exceptions), unless they have remained in their original wrapping or are faulty.
In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes tags and any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach our Warehouse. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error – we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning or obtain proof of posting. Your refund will then be issued for the original item(s) within 1-2 business days of receipt.
Please understand that there may be some damages such as small stains/holes due to antique fabric being used as cloths.
Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge except faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
